Option to schedule a recurring erase on startup

Following user comment on the forum, it is proposed that a facility to schedule a recurring task on startup be added to Eraser. This might be implemented by adding an 'on startup' radio button to the Schedule tab of the Task Properties dialog. Because, on most systems, many programs are launched on startup, and this can create processing bottlenecks, consideration should also be given to allowing the user to specify how many minutes after startup the task should be run.
