Description
When erasing recycle bin, its status is "complete with errors". The Log info shows the following:

Friday, February 12, 2010 2:30:40 PM Error The file C:\$RECYCLE.BIN\S-1-5-21-170796340-2137866451-4094961002-1001\$RIY0YJC.lnk could not be erased because the file's permissions prevent access to the file.

BillBurke?: Can not duplicate after intial installation of version 6.1.0,1841 - Request this ticket be withdrawn. Subsequent testing proves software works. I have no idea what caused the problem.
