Description
I have noticed that the Trac automatically closes tickets after only 2 weeks. I don’t understand why we have this feature set as I think all tickets should be closed manually so they only disappear when they have been successfully concluded.
Although Joel works on these tickets like a whirlwind when he is here he can “occasionally” disappear for quite some time and he may miss some important tickets.
So, can we revive automatically closed tickets and disable the 2 week limit please ?
Thanks.

Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.

Tickets are not closed automatically after 2 weeks - only those tickets marked Pending. Pending tickets are assigned Pending status when I reply to a ticket and am waiting for a reply. If users do not reply within two weeks I'll just assume that the bug was fixed and it'll be closed.
In any case, you can always go to the Closed tickets list and reopen your ticket.
