Description
Users reporting bugs and creating Trac tickets cannot edit or delete their own tickets.

Looks like everyone wants it: http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/454. So I'll have to close this for now.

There's already the TICKET_MODIFY permission for you users... I don't know what else there is! Do other Trac installations have this problem?
